4.2 When collecting personal information from you, we can collect it in various ways including:

a. When you make an enquiry regarding our services.

b. When you complete any of our online forms, including those for online bookings.

c. Through your access to and use of our website.

d. During interactions with our representatives or through other communication platforms, including social media.

e. When you request to be added to our subscription or mailing lists.

f. When you become a client or customer or otherwise engage our services.

g. When you visit or interact with our social media pages, where data may be collected via web analytics tools, cookies, or other tracking technologies used to monitor and analyze service usage.

h. When you follow links shared through our social media posts, emails, or landing pages.

i. During all telephone conversations between you and our representatives. These calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and business purposes; and

j. Via third-party service providers, where we understand such third parties have obtained your consent to disclose information for social or market research purposes.

a. we cannot be able to deliver our products or services to you, either to the same
standard or at all;
b. we can not be able to deliver you with information about services that you can want,

Site User Tracking Experience

6.1 We use tracking software, including Facebook Pixel, Infusionsoft, Active Campaign, Google Analytics, and YouTube, to monitor and enhance your experience on our Site, Surveys, and landing pages.  
 

6.2 When visiting our Site, the site server makes a record of the visit and logs the following
information for statistical and administrative purposes:

a. User server addresses help tailor the site for regular users.

b. Visit date and time identify peak usage to schedule maintenance efficiently.

c. Pages accessed and documents downloaded show which content is most valued and what information may be hard to locate.

d. Visit duration indicates user engagement with the site's content.

e. Browser type informs browser-specific coding needs.

f. To optimize the site and understand its usage, we collect domain/IP address, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution.

10. How long do we retain your personal data?
